The template
The report template belongs to the firm, not to each expert. You set it once in the organization settings, and every report comes out of it.
Standard wording is written once: statement of independence, disclaimer, closing page. Your branding follows: your logo, your colors, your font, the firm’s details in the footer.
The report the insurer, the attorney or the private client receives carries your firm’s format.
The “Rapport établi avec Tracelia” (report prepared with Tracelia) line can be switched off.

Each user has their own account, and you assign experts case by case. The Expert role gives access to the cases assigned to that expert. Role names are translated here; the interface is in French.

The dashboard
A report can be generated only once its expert has approved the required steps. Each generation creates a dated version, with its author, to download in PDF or Word.
Counters show how many cases are not started, in progress, report ready or complete. The list filters by status and expert.
