Website publication director: Pierre Compas, President of Global Expertises. Global Expertises sells the subscription, issues invoices and handles orders, assistance and complaints. Stripe processes payment for it and is not the seller.

2. Software publisher and operator

FortyTwoFlow SAS, French simplified joint stock company with share capital of EUR 1,000, Montpellier registration 989 717 541, SIRET 989 717 541 00019, registered office 73 allée Kléber, 34000 Montpellier, France, publishes and operates the platform. Contact contact@fortytwoflow.ai. The application and its legal pages are reached through the website's software-access link. Its publication director is identified in its own notice; website and application editorial responsibilities remain distinct.

3. Hosting

The presentation website and review environment are hosted by IONOS SARL, 7 place de la Gare, BP 70109, 57200 Sarreguemines Cedex, France; telephone +33 (0)9 70 80 89 11. Host information: https://www.ionos.fr/terms-gtc/terms-imprint/.

FortyTwoFlow declares application infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, with principal application storage in Paris eu-west-3. This does not mean there are no international transfers; the Data processing agreement and privacy policies explain relevant providers and processing.

4. Rights and content

Tracelia, its trademarks and components remain with their respective rights holders, including FortyTwoFlow for its own elements. Website text, illustrations, photographs and layouts are used under corresponding rights or licences. Statutory exceptions remain applicable; other reuse requires the holder's permission. Reference to an organisation, standard or public service is not approval, certification or partnership.

Screenshots, demonstration footage and report excerpts described as such come from a fictional case. Illustrative data and amounts are not a real assessment or result guarantee. Global Expertises usage figures must be read with their source, period and scope and do not guarantee every Client the same result. Named quotations or videos require appropriate rights and permissions.

Source Serif 4, Public Sans and IBM Plex Mono fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License and served by the website; licence notices stay with distributed files.

5. Data, contracts and contact

The privacy policy and Cookies page describe website processing. The Data processing agreement governs case data; the operator's own policy remains available in the application. Sales terms and their schedule describe trials, subscriptions, payment, assistance and data return.

Documents and versions

The French terms of 12 October 2026 remain applicable to contracts accepted under that version; the English summary published then is kept: see the summary of 26 October 2026. A new version does not, merely by being published, replace terms accepted under an earlier version.
