Terms of sale and license.
Tracelia subscriptions are governed by the French terms of sale and license (“Conditions générales de vente et de licence”). Only the French text is binding. This page summarizes its main points for convenience.
Who you contract with
Global Expertises, Toulouse, France (RCS Toulouse 911 366 698), sells the subscription and is your point of contact for orders, billing and support. FortyTwoFlow, Montpellier, France, publishes and runs the platform. Subscriptions are for businesses acting in the course of their professional activity.
Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. All payments go through Stripe on behalf of Global Expertises. The yearly plan can be paid upfront or in three installments at the same price.
Term, renewal and cancellation
The monthly plan runs for one month and renews automatically each month; you can cancel at any time before the next renewal, and access stays open until the end of the paid period. The yearly plan commits you for twelve months and renews for twelve months; Global Expertises reminds you at least thirty days before the renewal date. You can cancel from the subscription management area or by email to contact@global-expertises.fr.
Your data and your reports
Your data and documents remain under your control. You may use, edit and share the reports you produce for your own assignments, including after the subscription ends. Your cases are not used for demonstrations, marketing or model training without your separate consent. You can ask at any time for your data to be returned, transferred or deleted.
AI assistance
Tracelia provides documentary, technical and drafting assistance. Its output may contain errors or omissions: you check the facts, sources, references, calculations and conclusions before sharing anything, and you keep control of your professional judgment and your signature.
Governing law
The contract is governed by French law. Complaints go to contact@global-expertises.fr; the parties seek an amicable solution for thirty days before any other step.
